Acceptable Use Policy

You may use the Services for the following purposes:

• Managing venue operations and broadcast infrastructure planning
• Staffing operations, roster management, and crew scheduling
• Using AI agents for analysis, optimization, and planning assistance
• Collaborating with authorized team members within your organization
• Generating reports, proposals, and documentation for internal or client use
• Integrating with authorized third-party platforms (e.g., Google Sheets) via supported connectors

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal Activity — Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Unauthorized Access — Attempting to access accounts, systems, databases, or data not assigned to you; probing, scanning, or testing for vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Reverse Engineering — Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code, algorithms, or structure of any part of the platform.
• Data Scraping — Automated extraction of data beyond normal API use, including web scraping, bulk downloads, or use of bots not authorized by ShowOps.AI.
• Competitive Use — Using the Services, or information derived from them, to build, market, or support a product or service that competes with ShowOps.AI.
• Resource Abuse — Intentionally overloading the platform, circumventing rate limits, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or taking any action that degrades service for other users.
• Credential Sharing — Sharing access codes, login credentials, API keys, or session tokens with unauthorized parties, including other employees not provisioned on your account.
• Harmful Content — Uploading malicious code, viruses, trojans, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.

AI agents are provided as analytical and planning tools. Agent outputs are suggestions, not guarantees. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating agent recommendations before acting on them. ShowOps.AI does not accept liability for decisions made based solely on agent-generated content.

Do not input sensitive personal data — including Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, or government-issued identification numbers — into agent prompts or chat messages. Such data is outside the intended scope of the Services.

The platform enforces rate limits per endpoint to ensure fair access for all users. Current limits are:

Exceeding these limits will result in temporary throttling (HTTP 429). Repeated or intentional abuse of rate limits may result in account suspension per Section 7.

ShowOps.AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this AUP, with notice where practicable and immediate action where necessary to protect the platform or other users.

Our response is severity-based:

• Warning — for first-time or minor violations; written notice with remediation instructions
• Temporary suspension — for repeated or material violations; access suspended for a defined period
• Termination — for severe, intentional, or repeated violations; account terminated per the Terms of Service

ShowOps.AI may also refer violations to law enforcement where required by law or where criminal activity is suspected.
