What's an AI credit?
An AI credit is used each time ShowOps.AI does a job for you — drafting a document, scanning for conflicts, analyzing a budget, answering a question. One job, one credit. Complex multi-step tasks may use 3.
Never get cut off mid-production.
Add AI credits any time at $75 per 1,000. A pack stacks on top of your monthly allowance and is good through the end of that calendar month.

What counts as an AI credit?
Quick tasks use 1 credit — a SOW draft, a conflict scan, a budget margin analysis, a Command Center question. Deep analysis tasks use 3 — run sheet generation, BOM generation, schedule optimization.
What happens when I run out?
Your monthly allowance resets on the first of each month. To keep going before then, buy a credit pack at $75 per 1,000. The rest of the platform keeps working either way: only the AI tasks pause.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. Plan changes are prorated — you only pay for what you use.
Do you lock in AI pricing?
Credit pack pricing is reviewed annually. We provide 60 days written notice before any price adjustment. Enterprise contracts lock the rate for their term.
